    I'm glad that you mentioned the depth of cut, is 0.25mm good for all diameters/sizes of thread? How many advancements of 0.25 mm do you make, until you reach max depth? What's the maximum sticking out on the insert tool I guess? You can't cut any deeper than that.

    I bought a 5hp vfd to run a 5hp wye wound blower motor. I went to hook it up but the instructions say to rewire the wye into delta. Problem is, its a 9 lead motor with the 3 internal leads permanently connected. Why does it need to be in a delta configuration?

  • @jimbaranski4687
    @jimbaranski4687 29 днів тому

    If the VFD has intermediate step where it converts AC to DC( then it should be possible to run it strictly off DC? This would allow the three phase motor to be used with battery power in a vehicle.

    Im repairing a crack on a drill press body where the pillar inserts and a grub screw holds it. A weak point that has cracked when a lot of force has been applied on the press in the past. I don't have a welder and had planned to use a pipe strap/clamp but also have JB Weld and may use a section of the pipe clamp with the epoxy instead to create a stronger outcome without the slight stretch a screw tightened clamp has.

    this is a good video showing air tank to compressor add on.but not needed in today's world when all the things he made are cheaper and less trouble to make.for instance the nipple end can be found on any bbq set lots are put on curb and thrown away.also cheap at any hardware store.might be good knowledge to have if SHTF but whole cheaper now and less work.and the stand could be better with it upright and a petcock installed on bottom at 150"something no danger of blowout putting one in. something as simple as a tubeless tire stem just to bleed off condensation.easily installed. good job but lots of wasted effort.
